Your Data, Transformed.
Your Deadlines, Met.
We handle the complex, high-volume file work that slows your bureau down โ bulk imports, legacy migrations, custom format mapping, and payroll PDF extractions โ done fast and done right.
The data work that's killing your throughput
If you run an iSolved service bureau, you already know these bottlenecks by name.
Payroll PDF Extractions Taking Days
Manual keying from carrier PDFs or legacy reports into iSolved-ready formats burns hours your team doesn't have.
Legacy System Migrations Stalling Onboarding
Client data sitting in a dozen formats across a dozen systems โ and someone has to map every field before go-live.
Bulk Imports That Break on Edge Cases
Bad delimiters, mismatched columns, encoding issues. One bad row can hold up an entire client batch.
Two-Week Jobs on a Two-Day Deadline
Volume spikes hit without warning. Your internal team can't scale overnight โ but your client's SLA doesn't care.
File transformation built for payroll bureaus
Every service is designed around the iSolved ecosystem and the real workloads service bureaus face daily.
PDF Data Extraction
We pull structured data from payroll PDFs, carrier reports, and legacy documents and deliver it in your required format โ no manual re-keying.
Custom File Formatting
CSV, XLSX, fixed-width, and JSON โ we convert between formats and apply your exact column mapping, delimiter specs, and encoding requirements.
Legacy Data Migration
Bringing a client over from ADP, Paychex, or any other platform? We handle the full data extraction and iSolved-ready transformation.
High-Volume Batch Processing
Whether it's hundreds of employee records or thousands, we process at speed without sacrificing accuracy. Turnaround measured in days, not weeks.
Data Cleanup & Validation
Duplicate detection, field normalization, missing value handling, and pre-import validation so your files load clean the first time.
ETL Pipeline Support
Extract, Transform, Load โ we build or execute repeatable data pipelines for recurring integrations between your clients' systems and iSolved.
Why a specialist beats a low-code platform
Conversion "platforms" don't do the work — they hand it back to you. Here's what you get instead.
The expert isn't your employee
Low-code platforms make you pull one of your skilled people off their real job to slowly learn a new system and hand-build transformation logic that isn't even reusable — when it's often faster to just do it by hand. Why burn months training someone out of their element, when a specialist who has lived in this for six years turns it around faster and with fewer errors?
Six years of edge cases, handled up front
A rigid tool — or your own employee — only knows the edge cases it has personally hit. Six years across an enormous volume of files means our catalog of gotchas is in a different league, and we program against them proactively. The weird ones don't blow up your batch at the worst possible moment.
Built dynamic, not brittle
Most platforms lock onto fixed column positions — so the moment a file lists Overtime before Regular earnings, or the columns shift because nobody took PTO until April, they break. Everything we build is dynamic: we know exactly what's fixed and what moves, and we build from the ground up to absorb it.
A system that gets stronger over time
A static tool is exactly as good on day 500 as it was on day one. Ours compounds: every file grows the library and adds to the edge-case catalog, so accuracy climbs and turnaround shrinks the longer we work together. You're not buying a one-off conversion — you're buying into a system that gets better as it scales.
We actually use our own process
Most software is built by people who never have to touch it — the buyer picks it because it looks affordable, while the staff stuck using it quietly loathe it. We run our own process on every job: reviewing each step, catching problems early, and reachable the moment something feels off. There's no hostile, buried-menu UX to fight, because the person who built it is the one using it.
The "affordable" platform has a hidden bill
A low-code platform's sticker price looks cheap — until you add the salary of the employee stuck building each transformation on it, pulled off their real job to learn a niche skill. That hidden labor cost usually dwarfs the license fee. Here, the expertise is already built and the work is billed once — no internal ramp-up to quietly subsidize.
Six years in the trenches — this is our bread and butter
Not a startup hopping on the AI bandwagon to get rich. This is payroll and HCM data work done by a specialist who has spent six years living in it — and who treats your employees' information like the sensitive data it is.
Security Is the Baseline
Your files carry real SSNs and wages. They're handled under strict controls, kept only as long as the job requires, then removed. Your employees' sensitive data is never sold and never used for anything beyond your job.
Accuracy Is Non-Negotiable
Our hybrid AI approach is engineered for consistent, auditable results — not the roll of the dice you get piping data through a raw AI tool where one wrong field hits a paycheck. The AI we use (Claude) is configured so your data is never used to train a model.
10,000+ Files of Edge Cases
Six years and roughly ten thousand files means the weird formats, broken exports, and silent gotchas are already known — and already handled.
Credentials
Before you send the first file
Is my data secure? These files contain real PII.
Yes — that's the baseline, not an add-on. Files are handled under strict controls by a security-credentialed specialist (Security+, CySA+, PenTest+, SecAI+), kept only as long as the job requires, then removed. Your employees' sensitive data is never sold and never used for anything beyond your job.
What do you need from us to convert a file?
Three things: the file itself; the source vendor and report name (third-party exports rarely brand themselves, so those labels are what let us match it to the right conversion — or build a new one); and the target template or spec showing how the output should be formatted. The clearer the labels, the faster the turnaround.
How fast is turnaround?
It depends on whether we've seen the format before. The first time we handle a new vendor's report, we take the time to build it correctly. Every time after, turnaround is fast because the conversion already lives in our library — and the relationship gets faster the longer it runs.
Why not just run our files through an AI tool ourselves?
Because a do-it-yourself AI setup has no safety net. A raw AI tool is probabilistic — the same file can produce different results, errors are hard to catch, and when something breaks, a non-technical team is stuck. Our hybrid AI approach delivers consistent, auditable output, backed by six years of hand-written Excel VBA fallback scripts for when the primary path fails. And handing an untrained, non-security team full control of AI over real employee PII is a liability you simply don't need to take on — that's what a specialist is for.
Do you only work with iSolved bureaus?
iSolved is our specialty — the platform, its templates, and its file formats are what we know cold, and iSolved service bureaus, network partners, PEOs, and ASOs are our core focus. But the underlying data work isn't iSolved-only. On another platform? Let's talk.
How do we get a quote?
Send a message through the contact form describing what you're working with. For an accurate quote we'll usually need three things: a single anonymized sample record from the source file (just one employee's row, columns populated the way real data would be — no actual PII required), the target template or spec for how the output should look, and roughly how many records you need processed. We typically respond within one business day with a clear scope and quote — no obligation.
